Shawnee Park is one of the original Olmsted Parks.  The North section was added on much later as a replacement for the Fontaine Ferry Park once that amusement park ceased operation.  North section has lots of small land features and more woods than the south.  There is also some left over remnants of the Amusement Park if you look close enough
