Big Rock Section of Cherokee Park is a beautiful and popular place to swim, group picnics, and just hang out.     Parking is a bit limited and on summer weekends it is better to park on a nearby residential street rather than the narrow parking lot.   There is another parking lot just across Beargrass Creek that is better for parking
